w/ background add $3.00 (because it uses up a lot of ink to color backgrounds... xD)

That includes shipping, cost for materials, and insurance for shipping in case something unfortunate happens while sent to you. If you don't want insurance.

If you would like to meet me at a convention to deliver your prop then you would not have to pay shipping.

Now this one is very tricky to price.. It ALL depends on the costume, what materials you want for it, shipping price, everything.
Standard price is about $40. That includes just shipping, needles, thread and small things. You'll have to e-mail me what you want with a reference picture (no reference = no good). Once I get an e-mail from you I'll reply with a form you need to fill out so I can understand what you want so I can give you a price. If it turns out to be too expensive for you don't worry about it. At least I was able to help. c:
